Walmart CMNH fundraising reaches $1 BILLION
One. Billion. Dollars. That’s right. Walmart and Sam’s Club surpassed $1 billion in fundraising for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals!
Since 1987, Walmart and Sam’s Club associates, customers and members have raised more than $1 billion to #HelpKidsLiveBetter. This cumulative amount represents the largest amount ever raised for a nonprofit by one company in North America (verified by Engage for Good).
During this year’s CMNH Campaign, August 27-October 7, our four Walmarts and two Walmart Neighborhood Markets donated more than $41,771 to help kids at Cottage Children’s Medical Center– kids like Hodgkin’s Lymphoma patient Faith DeBrum from Santa Maria, giving the thumbs up below.
