Thomas Fire: All SB County Evacuation Orders Lifted

Our hearts and thoughts go out to members of the community who have either lost or experienced damage to their homes.

The fire currently stands at 272,000 acres, the second largest wildfire in California history. It is 60% contained.

The threat has turned and power outages are no longer a concern for Santa Barbara. However, ash particulates may still be in the air, so using caution and wearing a N95 mask is still recommended. Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital has strong air filters in the building and will be power washing the entry areas to ensure a safe environment.
