Miracle Kid Monday: Elijah

Like any other day, teenager Elijah Knight’s father was driving he and his sister to school. On the way, their vehicle was struck by an SUV. Elijah suffered serious life-threatening injuries as he attempted to shield his baby sister from the impact. His injuries were so severe, he had to be airlifted from Lompoc to the Trauma Center at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital for emergency surgery.
