“My grandson was transfered yesterday after he was born at Lompoc medical center. He was 6 weeks early so his lungs were slightly under developed. I want to thank the ambulance staff that transported him; they were amazing. Also a big thank you to Susan & Gail in the NICU. They are such loving and compassionate people! We found out my grandson needed to be transfered to LA to NICU for other health issues. Gail thanks so much for the wonderful care you gave to Baby Kyle Henry and the much needed hug you gave my daughter and I, and the time you spent letting us know you truly love your job. It helped us relax a lot. He’s my little peanut. Most of your staff is very friendly & supportive … Cottage is truly an amazing hospital Thanks again Gail for all you did to reassure us. We left with a lot of weight lifted from our shoulders.”
